You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item, tags attached, for a refund or exchange.

Start your return
Email returns@kushems.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you want to send back.

Pack it up
Original packaging if you've still got it. Tags must still be attached and items must be unworn and unwashed.

Post it back
UK customers get a discounted Royal Mail tracked label (£3.95 deducted from refund). International returns are at your own cost.

Refund or swap
Once it lands with us, we process refunds within 3 working days. Exchanges ship out the same day, no extra postage.
Not eligible for return
- Items marked Final Sale or Sample
- Worn, washed, or items missing original tags
- Smoking accessories that have been used
- Gift cards
